Description
An ultra-slim, retractable waterproof eyebrow pencil with a 1.5 mm precision tip for outlining and detailing brows. The wax formula draws hair-like strokes in sparse areas, and the spoolie end blends everything to a natural-looking finish.
How to use
Dot the start, arch and end of the brow, then connect with short strokes. Blend through with the spoolie.
